For over fifteen years, I have worked on a wide range of categories with many of New Zealand’s best known brands developing marketing programmes covering the full relationship lifecycle:

  • CRM programmes
  • Loyalty & Rewards programmes
  • Sales Incentive programmes
  • Triggered communication programmes
  • Research programmes

Most of these programmes have incorporated a variety of Channels including:

  • Traditional Media – Television, Radio, Outdoor, Print, Ambient
  • Digital – Email, Websites, Online Advertising, Social Media
  • Brand experience – Promotional teams, Events, Activities
  • In-store activity

Backend and Frontend Experience

Many marketers are accused of being “fluffy” and only interested in “pretty pictures”.

Not me!

While I’ m not a “techhie”, my experience with research, data and technical implementations over the years means I can work easily with IS teams and third party vendors to deliver the backend requirements of these programmes, as well as the sexy looking frontend stuff.

This experience means I’ve also been employed as an “interpreter” turning complex technical and analytical language into plain English for marketing and sales teams.
